I am still =trying to devise the architecture. What, in particular, would you like =to do (if anyone else would like FFT support, you can jump in here too - =now is your chance to impact the design if IT).3- I know that DT3155 dump data onto the system memory but I am =interested=20in acquiring 30 minutes of NTSC data. Can IT, using data translation=12s =DT3155, dump data directly into a fast hard drive sub-system such as a =RAID=20at 30 fps? Can IT use jpeg or Mpeg compression cards?I will be releasing an enhanced version of the DT3155 plug-in that will =provide just such a capability. I figure that it should be available =within the next 2-4 weeks, depending on how many hiddne problems crop =up. The enhanced version will run under IT version 1.20.Thank you for your interest in ImageTool.------------------------------Date: Tue, 27 Feb 1996 09:36:29 -0700From: Don Wilcox To: 'ImageTool List Server' Subject: RE: printing problemsMessage-ID: <01BB04F7.73874A20@slip35.xroads.com>----------From: Przemko Tylzanowski[SMTP:przemko@sgi.celgen.kuleuven.ac.be]Sent: Saturday, February 24, 1996 12:28 AMTo: wilcox@xroads.comSubject: printing problemsHi!Speaking of the new version of IT. I have posted a while back about the fact that I cannot print a single thing (even the demo images). All that IT prints are empty pages. Apparently this problem did not exist in the version. I hope that it (the problem) would be fixed in the new update of the program.PrzemkoYes, it is fixed in the newest version, about to be released.Don------------------------------Date: Wed, 28 Feb 1996 20:20:24 +0800From: c3812053@csns02.comp.polyu.edu.hk (To Siu Pong (BACS3 student))To: IT-LIST@sparky.uthscsa.eduSubject: where is the source code?Message-ID: <9602281220.AA25721@comp.polyu.edu.hk>Hi all,	I would like to know where can I get the source code	of IT 1.1? The problem is not as much in the connection as it is in the machine on which the program is located. I discovered that if I do transfer during a week I get about 200 bytes/sec !!! However if I do it on a weekend (Sunday morning is the best) I get 2-5 kbytes/sec. On the other hand connecting to other machines in the US of A goes very smoothly during the week. Therefore I do not think that the connection is a problem.Przemko------------------------------Date: Fri, 1 Mar 1996 08:58:12 ESTFrom: Sid Trewin To: it-list@sparky.uthscsa.eduSubject: Re: Obtaining ImageTool from Europe: problemsMessage-ID: On Fri, 1 Mar 1996 02:46:27 +0600 Jim McClean wrote:> > From: Christopher Spry > Are you volunteering to host a mirror site?is this a mix-up?by coincidence i am trying to download IT with limited successsid------------------------------Date: Fri, 1 Mar 1996 10:19:39 PSTFrom: Jim McClean To: it-list@sparky.uthscsa.eduCc: j.mcclean@queens-belfast.ac.ukSubject: Re: Obtaining ImageTool from Europe: problemsMessage-ID: On Fri, 1 Mar 1996 03:01:52 +0600 Sid Trewin wrote:> From: Sid Trewin > Date: Fri, 1 Mar 1996 03:01:52 +0600> Subject: Re: Obtaining ImageTool from Europe: problems> To: j.mcclean@queens-belfast.ac.uk> > > On Fri, 1 Mar 1996 02:46:27 +0600 Jim McClean wrote:> > > From: Christopher Spry > > Are you volunteering to host a mirror site?> > is this a mix-up?> by coincidence i am trying to download IT with limited success> sid> > Sid, We have a working verion. You may mean 'GIF'. If so, then LVIEW or PaintShop will do the conversion. Open the file and 'save as' the other format. PaintShopPro will also do this in batch mode, I believe.
